K. Michelle Jessell

K. Michelle Jessell has over 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate, lending, and related transactions.  Prior to joining PG Law, Michelle served as Of Counsel in the real estate department of Broad and Cassel, one of Florida’s largest law firms.

Michelle has represented national home builders and multi-family apartment and condominium developers in their acquisition, development, construction, and sale of communities.   She has represented major real estate lenders on construction and permanent loan transactions involving office buildings, hotels, single family planned unit developments, residential condominiums, and apartment buildings.  Michelle also drafts homeowner’s association documents and handles routine developer issues for such associations.

Michelle has served as counsel in transactions involving multiple properties in multiple states and has closed numerous significant loan transactions involving financing the development and construction of single family home communities, multi-family rental and condominium projects, hotels, and office buildings.

Michelle previously worked with a financial services company, where she managed significant real estate and mortgage loan acquisition portfolios.

Michelle is active in various professional and community organizations.
