The attorneys of PG Law focus their practice exclusively on corporate, business and real estate law. The firm represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors in all stages of business throughout the State of Florida.

Experience. Our attorneys address client matters personally, and because we work on matters ourselves rather than staffing significant work with junior associates or paralegals, we get to work closely with our clients and understand their legal needs.

Relationships. We serve as trusted advisors to our clients, and because of our long-standing relationships with the majority of our clients, they benefit from our understanding of their circumstances.

Strategic Alliances. PG Law focuses on providing business and real estate services to our clients, but we recognize that our clients need professional services in areas other than business and real estate law. For that reason, we have developed relationships with lawyers and other professionals outside the firm in areas where our clients need advice. These areas include intellectual property, employment law, litigation, tax and estate planning.

We do not just refer our clients to other professionals who can “handle” a matter. We work with our clients to engage professionals who have skills and experience in matters exactly like those facing our clients, and we remain in close contact with the client and those professionals to monitor the progress of the client's matter. These arrangements benefit the client because the other professionals are experts in their areas, and they are accountable not only to the clients, but also to our firm.
